As my health is not well as offline doctor prescribed me I have ordered the medicine, it's more than 2 weeks still they haven't delivered my medicines, I contacted customer care n number of times, they are giving answers with so much negligence, this is not the first time from 1 and half year they never delivered atleast one medicine order also, they are playing with people lifes, this medibuddy should get closed, it is harmful for people lives.

I ordered some products at 50% cost on medibuddy. Kaisa chal rahi hai some of the products like horlicks bournvita at 50% cost. To my surprise the cancel the order and sent 3 jhandu bam true Dhani pharmacy.
Not only shared my address details with any pharmacy and has sent fake products and looted money. I paid total 360 rupees on behalf of 720 rupees but they sent 3 jhandu bombs worth 100 rupees. For paid order they have collected 255 rupees as cash on delivery. I thought they have sent through bluedart they might be valuable products for that I paid amount it is it is like a double cheating . Already paid order again cash on delivery.
