Meesho Shopping App Complaints & Reviews

I purchased this saree from meesho app. Then I received a completely different product and also damaged one. I called the customer care several times they just said random things .I requested return many times but delivery boy did not take the parcel . They say the product cannot be returned because in their record it is correct but I am suffering the loss of 465 rupees .please help me...

I thoughout i purchased the products of worth more tgan 5000rs via amazon pay using punjab and sind bank linked . But the order got cancelled and the money got deducted from my bank account. I am very worried whosever concern is this either bank or upi or meesho app please pay me back my money refund it yo my bank as soon as posssible as these money are hard earned . It has been 2 weeks now.....
