But no response from meeso people

But no one came to pickup the product and refund my amount 170

I bought 3 products at Rs 1070 from Meesho but only got one. I returned the product but only got a refund for one product i. e Rs 356.67. I called customer service. They asked me to again file the complaint regarding the rest of the products and weren't sure if I will get a refund or not. I am a student. Please help me get a refund for my product. I have attached the photo which clearly shows the total paid was Rs 1070 and the refund initiated...

I'm writing this mail about getting a fraud call. I got told that he is calling on behalf of his company Meeso.
Let me give a description about the talk we had. So he called and said that he is calling on behalf of his company. Recently his company celebrated its anniversary . So I got a lucky draw on a recent purchase winning a car or equivalent cash. As I'm aware of such calls I just cut the call saying that we will tell you later....
