Meghraj Express Complaints & Reviews

ICICI Bank had dispatched the credit card, through Meghraj Express on 29th Nov 2022, with AWB number[protected], but Meghraj Express did not call me nor tried to contact me in any way, undelivered, returned my card back to the bank.

This is the reason they gave why they couldn't deliver:
No Such Consignee at the Given Address

It's 5th Dec 2022 and it's still showing as Out for delivery.

On[protected] my parcel from Icici bank was to be delivered by Meghraj Express but it was not delivered for 2 days from the given time of delivery and they kept on updating that it was not delivered. Then on[protected] my second parcel is to be deliver from Meghraj Express so because of my previous experience I call the office and they gave me the delivery guy's number and when I contacted him he misbehaved with me in the call and hung the call without listening to my concern and its case sensitive matter for me as the parcel contains my bank Credit card. So kindly do the right action against this guy . Thank you

First parcel - AWB[protected]
Second parcel - AWB[protected]

AWB No[protected] &[protected]. Icici bank issued a check book at my address and handed over to meghraj express courier to deliver it . On 25th November, I have received a call from meghraj express courier boy and he told me very rudely that he will not deliver my product to my location and he will return the product. The product is very important for me, it is a cheque book from ICICI bank . And the courier boy refusing to deliver my product. Courier boy contact number - [protected].
