Wrong Product delivered, not taking it back and not refunding money
I ordered saree on 8 Oct 23 Order No:[protected] amount 752, but company delivered me wrong product child clothes. I have initiate return request but they are not returning product always saying they have delivered right product. they are cheating on me. this is company responsibility to delivered right product otherwise there is no meaning of return this is just for making fool to customers.
I request to you please resolve my issue.

Pick Up Was Done In Last Week Of March, But Pickup Partner Said He Does Have Any Option To Return Your Product, So Today He Has Delivered It To Me Again.
So, Form The One Month, I Have Been Continually Coordinating With Meshoo Team, But Till Now They Have Not Solved My Issue. Instead Of Raising A Complaint, They Have Not Done Anything.
On Every Call, They Say Just Within 4-5 Days, It Will Be Solved. I Am Literally Frustrated Having To Continually Discuss With Their Team And Senior Person. Team And Senior Person Time On Same Stage, Same Sentence. A Solution Has Not Been Given Till Date. If You Check My Record, I Have Tabe On Call Me Back 50-70 Times.
Do They Have Any Grievance Policies, Procedures, Or Committees?
For All The Above Questions, I Need A Reply From Your Management. From The Beginning To Today, If You Need Any Clarification Or Evidence, Let Me Know.
Note: Please Do Not Make A Fake Promise To Your Customer.

Payment done for order but order not placed
I have done payment through g pay for order dated 5 th of feb 2022.Payment successful done but order still in bag not placed order please check and place my order otherwise refund me back

Goods not delivered
I have booked a order for my friend order no #[protected] it was supossed to be delivered on 17th dec via ECom express awb no [protected] but till date it is not being delivered. This the second time I am facing the same issue your delivery partner is unable to deliver goods and they go on cancelling orders. Please look into this matter

they was inter the return your product but they return wrong product.
and very bogus. they told you raise the ticket for complaint. i was raised the ticket 2 times. but they did not solve my matter. they, now not raise the ticket because over the time limit. so they need time for time over then no give any compassion. for that.
