I can't able to open the mi credit app.cant able to pay the foreclosure amount.cant able to choose the loan....

I have taken loan from Xiaomi MI credit and now I want to pay all amount and foreclose it. So I raised request on email, but every time they just say wait for 4 working days, I have being waiting for 4-5 weeks but still they are able to process my letter . It was very embarrassing. Very very very bad services...
