The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I have ordered philips trimmer and paid 249 rs. At 24/08/22 by upi but they have not sent product . And there is no customer care no. At website .there os only email adress. I hv sent too many mails them but they hv not reply me...

I have ordered electric iron and paid 249 rs. At 13/08/22 by upi but they have not sent product . And there is no customer care no. At website .there os only email adress. I hv sent too many mails them but they hv not reply me ....
