I had purchased J7 Nxt battery. But the battery was not getting fit into the device. I tried contacting them through whatsapp, email and even called them many times but got no response at all. I had never seen such a pathetic company and customer service.
Order #64042. Placed on Dec 4, 2023....

They not delivered the ordered product to me wthin the specified time. They took around half month for the delivery.
They were not receiving my phone call.
If I mail to them, than they were not giving proper feedback. They are supportless. They are not cared about customer, once the order is done registered....

I ordered a "Original Huawei HB434666RBC Battery for Airtel Vodafone Router 4G Hotspot (1500mAh) " battery on 27th March and it arrived on 1st April. When tested, it didn't work. Battery is Dead.

For last 1-2 week, I am trying to call on number provided on Website(+91 [protected]) but no one pick up the call.

I even raised a Refund request for Order ID #50210, but no progress so far....
