Hi Team,
Reaching out for help on transaction done by me on 20th May, 2023 from oneplus website to purchase mobile.
The amount of Rs18999 got deducted from by bank account ICICI but it failed to reach out oneplus, transaction timeout but the deducted money has not been reversed till now.
have chased, ICICI bank, paytm, onplus and also raised RBI complaint.
Paytm team confirmed money is with Mobitech creations private limited.
Tried contacting Mobitech but they are not responding.

I was trying to purchase one plus 11 mobile in exchange of my one plus 8 mobile through one plus store app on 8th March 2023 but somehow it got failed and amount got debited of Rs.43999/-. I have paid amount through Google pay UPI which is successfully paid to Mobitech creations private limited. But this transaction was failed but amount not refund to my bank account. I continuously connecting to one plus team but instead of refund my money, they are always revert on mail that working on it and give us 2-3 working days. It almost past one and half month but my refund amount is not received to me. Please help me to get my refund amount urgently.

I was trying to buy One plus mobile from One plus store app. And I have made the payment successfully on 8th March 2023 but somehow transaction was not processed. So I have checked with bank and UPI service provider for the refund. But both the bank and UPI service provider informed me that payment successfully received to merchant. So, I have to check with them for the refund. I have sent mails multiple times to one plus customer service mail for the refund but they are denying that they have not received the payment. Please help me to take my money back.
