Hello,
A consignment was picked up from my home on 28/04/2022. No tracking ID was provided and when the office people are contacted for knowing the status, they do not receive the call or they just simply cut it.
Yet to receive any update via text or call or mail....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. DAMAGED PRODUCT INSURANCE CLAIM NOT GIVEN
I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT IN MONTH OF AUGUST, 2008 BUT NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE. I WAS DEPUTED FOR A ONE YEAR IIT COURSE FROM BHILAI STEEL PLANT, FO SHIPMENT OF MY MATERIALS I BOOKED WITH ABOVE PARTY. I GOT MY THINGS INSURED BY DECLARING ITEMS COSTING ONE LAKH.
BUT ON DELIVERY I GOT MY REFRIGERATOR TOP DOOR DAMAGED, THIS PARTY IS HIGHLY IRRESPONSIVE AND NO SENSE OF TALKING. HE ALWAYS TREID TO MAKE FOOL OF ME REGARDING...
