The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Complaining about update in my cibil report
Dear Mpokket,
I want to tell you that I am associated with your company for a long time, I have paid every loan on time and ahead of time but I am not very happy with your services because few days back I mailed you about my problem But till now no reply has come from your side.
I want to remind you again that you guys have not updated my Febrauary month loan payment in CIBIL due to which I am facing a lot of problems...

Dear Sir,
M pockett team has provided a loan to my daughter (student) of amount Rs.500/- one year ago, which is now b'came Rs. 27000/- with illegal interest.
This is really serious concern. Now these M pockett team is harassing and sending some notices to pay this hefty amount.
Students are not enough matured and such illegal finance team is cheating student by easily providing small amount of loan with huge interest...

I have paid all my loans pending against mpocket on a fake commitment that my cibil score will get updated within 45 days but they are not upto their words
