I called many times but they didn't recieved call and after booking cylinder is not delivered before calling . Contact [protected]...

Filled gas is never available in time...after calling the delivery boy, he will give it tomorrow but then he does not get it..always have to face such a problem.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I (the consumer no. 12136 of M/s Anirban Gas Agency, Siliguri) just want to bring in to your kind notice that after 25 days of booking I didn't get any refill cylender from The vendor i.e. M/s Anirban Gas Agency, Siliguri, West Bengal (phone no.[protected]. It is not the first time since April - June 2009 it is regular practice of the vendor. When we asked after booking, "How much time it will take to Deliver the refill?", they simply say "after 20 days not before than that." I booked my cylinder on 10-Aug-2009, And today is 06-Oct-2009. Still they did not deliver me cylinder. I am continiously calling them, and Visiting them and everytime they are saying in one or two days they will deliver and it became more than 25 days today.

Expecting some suitable action against agency for their best services.
