Sir i applied for mscit duplicate certificate ..but there is no response From another side
I need its urgently..

Dear sir,

I had appeared for mscit exam in 24 sept 2003 from 11.00am to 12.00 pm at government polytechnic khamgaon dist buldhana and
I have scored 31marks out of 60 & passed result.
I have provisional certificate also, which was issued after finishing exam.
Now when i enquired about certificate of mscit to institute but they said the don't know why this happened.

This certificate is very important for me sir.
