Mumbai Local Trains Complaints & Reviews

In respect of Mumbai local AC trains, I would suggest to also have a one-way AC Pass for convenience of passengers. This is especially since the AC train schedule both ways are not suitable for most o[censored]s to take a full pass. In case one-way is suitable, please provide us with the option of procuring the one-way pass to economise on the costing. It will be a blessing for most o[censored]s in case my suggestion is well taken...

I am daily commuter of local trains from badlapur located in thane-maharashtra. I would like to inform you that every year many new trains are allotted to central line. But, those trains start either from kalyan/dombivli/thane. Only 1 or 2 trains are added from badlapur/Karjat that too during odd time, even though number of people travelling from that side is increasing day by day, There are no changes...
