Jio data gets exhausted just in a minute without any usage no update nothing but it still gets finished. I highly suspect they’re stealing the data and providing us only 500mb for 1gb and 1gb for 2gb

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 479 rs plan
on 5th of March 2022 after my previous plan expired using google pay and the transaction was suucessful. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge . The UPI transaction id for the payment of rs.479 is[protected]. I am neither able to make any outgoing calls nor getting incoming calls in spite of recharging it . Please resolve immediately.
