Recharged on Internet banking...Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.698 frm A/c X2671 to myPANgram. Ref IGAOBRWTK8 on 05Aug22. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI.

Amount deducted from Bank..mobile no not recharged by my pan gram on deal me good portal. Cheated me ..refund my amount...

On 15/03/22 tried recharge of Jio mobile no [protected] for Rs 719/- thru MYPANGRAM, it prompted for paying Rs.705/- ( after discount of Rs.14/-) which I paid thru Standard Chartered Bank credit card no ending with 5792 but after making the payment feedback was 'Recharge not successful due to amount mismatch'. But till today the deducted amount Rs. 705/- not refunded to my SCB Credit card A/c. pl arrange for refund of the same immediately....
