I have ordered red roses bouquet . Product not delivered. I have tried to contact them through mail, chats etc but no response. Paid extra money for on time delivery. Fake company and fraud people. Refund also not initiated....

I ordered a flower bouquet and paid extra for the delivery timing but in vain. I was not delivered on time and they give reasons. Bad customer service. They don't pick calls or reply for mails. Very very bad service. It's a fraud company. Beware everybody. Please do read reviews before using an app. I made this mistake....
