Hi Team,
I ordered a product from mysequin. First i got a wrong product. When i complained about it. They asked to return it and they will deliver the correct one. I returned the wrong product back to them. And followed up for my product. Which they never delivered yet and now they are not bothered to reply to my emails.

I order it in mid jan 2022.

The description of the product said it’s made of wood, but she product came in plastic. I hence raised a request for the refund or replacement, but it was denied. Further more they changed the description soon after and asked me read it again. I have picture evidence....
