Made an online order and paid Rs. 2910 on october 28th, 2023. I have not heard anything from them, and when calling their phone is disconnected, and all emails are bouncing back from their customer service. Ordered pet medicine on 12th Nov and after 2 weeks when I called them up, was informed products not available so will refund in 2 days.waites 3 day then called back and again was promised 2 days for refund.On my third follow up, their phone numbers stopped working.No response on email as well.This website is a totally fraudulent website duping customers of their money.Stirct action should be taken against this e-commerse website and owners....

I have ordered Royal canin Rottweiler puppy 3kg and Paid the amount of Rs.2175 in the nappets website and there is no response from them and they don't mail us and if we call they don't attend cause it's all fake. I am here sending this asking for them to refund and not letting this happen to anyone else.....
