Hi All,

This is regarding indian toilet is not available at narayana e-techno school at coimbatore location and it was very difficult for childrens who are studying below 2nd standard and you were also aware about lower age childrens maturity level could be vary in the society. Moreover it was communicated to particular pearl I class teachers as well during start of 2022 academic year however still indian toilet provision was not provide from school end.
Consider this complaint as high priority and high severity level and do the needful immediately...hope you could be fullfill the customer obsession on priority.

Note :

1. currently no hygiene is maintained at
toilet... And due to not maintained proper
hygiene uriene infection was happened
to the child.

wednesday (30.11.2022) or upload in
another compliant on particular day.

And also there is a recent incident was
happened to my child with respect to
toilet, teachers and other care take are
also threatened my child without having
deep dive or investigation on it and as a
parent we are very disappointed here...
The teachers approachment and
behaviours are very very bad with
childrens which i heard in recent
incident.

scenario and will get resolved
immediately on this subject.

Because o[censored]navoidable situations and some financial issues in my family, I decided to cancel admission for my daughters for LKG and VIII std. For seat reservation i have paid, Rs 12000 as advance...Now if i ask refund, they are not returning the amount.
