Effective Available Balance Blocked

Firstly my PAN and Aadhar names were mismatching .
Now I have updated my PAN number.
My account was freezed and suspended.
Now it is active but My effective available balance is blocked because
of this i cannot perform any transaction.
Please help...

this amount has been deducted from my account bt i have not done any transtion...
kindly look into the matter...and return above amount...shortly......
