We are the residents of nirmal nagari apartment, newr [censored]la mata mandir, umred road, nagpur-440009. Since last few weeks having trouble cause of large grown stray dogs (10-15) in nos who are running behind children and people too. Since last few months around almost everyday and night the incident has occured. Also at night they start barking & fighting with each other causing disturbing during sleeping hours.

I have booked 2 bhk flat with Nirmal Nagari a project of Niraml Ujwal co.op.society ,Nandanwan,Nagpur. Flat was booked in Dec.2010 and that time builder has commited to give possession till Dec.2011. It was oral possession. But in registered agreement to sale no time limit was mentioned. Now it seems that it will take another 2 yrs for possession.
