Nmb Merchant Name On Ekart Noida Complaints & Reviews

I ordered Militry cargo pant from the NMB merchant they have delivered 3 year old boy dirty, torn and used jeans of some 5 yr old boy.

I want to file legal complaint about this.
Even Ekart delivery boy was saying it is fake order, before I was making payment....

Have gotten an Ordered a Pan and Kitchen Set, which was called ADVANCED PAN 2021, which came through Ekart and the delivery item was not according to the product catalog and it is over pricey, the product ctaalog had 4 items and the delivered are only 2 And the quality is really bad. I would like your help in claiming my money back. I paid 2000 for a 500 Rs product
