Fraudulent Painting Services

This is with reference to the home painting services booked on my registered number - [protected].
Service started on 7th August 2022, and it took 13days to complete. Below are the people I have came across who aren't responding on completion of services.
1. Rajkumar Kadam (Supervisor) +[protected]
2. Jay Rathod ( Quotation provider) +[protected]
3. Chetan (Relationship manager)
4. Dhanraj Kalyankar (Operation head) +[protected]
I am very much disappointed by the complete unprofessional, rude and negligent behavior of the supervisor Rajkumar Kadam with me and my family members.
I need to remind him every single day for painting in every cover left, or plastering the left corners, or painting the grills etc, making me feel myself as supervisor to the service. Supervisor seemed to be very negligent so I had to visit the house every day to check the status of the work and remind him about the places left to be painted or plastered.
Supervisor refused to repair the loft area where there is a water tank, giving the excuse that it is not possible to paint even though the area is within reach. He gave excuses like "waha kaha hath jayega", even though it was completely within reach.
He gave a target of 4-5 days for completion of service and took 13 day and counting but still the services are incomplete. We have postponed our pooja and shifting due to supervisor's carelessness multiple times.
He took an extra 3300₹ apart from NoBroker quotation, giving the excuse that there is some need for plaster on the ceiling because there might be some leakage so plaster and waterproofing is the only permanent solution. Even after plaster, he spoiled the ceilings and when asked about spoiled leveling of ceilings, he answered that it is due to leakage.
Supervisor refused to pick up painting trash and left two gunny bags in our house. While asking him the same, he replied rudely that "ye kya Mai mere ghar pe leke Jau kya, jis se baat karna hai kar lo, isko phekneka alag paisa lagega ".
No leveling and smoothing of walls done, and when complained about the same, supervisor replied that " putty, primer aur ab coat hogaya tab tak kuch boley nai, ab sab honey ke Baad bolneko aye, ab kuch nai hoga ". My only question to him was' ' who is the supervisor, me or you? "
Sofa and other articles were removed, placed elsewhere for painting, which is not fixed back by the supervisor, and everything is messed up. And when asked about the same, he replied that" Humko kya pata kya kaha rakha tha".
I asked the supervisor to keep the leftover paint so that I can use it for future if there is any need on the walls. He again started arguing and denied rudely and again started insulting me.
I am just following up with them for all the problems faced but no one is there to respond.
Supervisor Ramkumar Kadam visited our house on the 13th day to complete the incomplete painting service. He argued and told me that "Sidhi ungli se ghee na nikle toh ungli tedhi karne bhi aata hai humey". He argued very arrogantly with us for 2 hours but didn't complete the work. Everything is recorded in a video camera and will be submitted to consumer court. He has spoiled our home with his unprofessional workers and most arrogant behavior. He even threw all the garbage below our building which is still lying there. He told us that *19000 me laakho ka kaam nai hota"
Later on he started an emotional drama about how I am very poor so please give me my money, but he is not at all ready to complete the work. Further, so called operation head dhanraj kalyankar, relationship manager Chetan, or Jay Rathod never responded to any of our escalations. I cancelled my mind for Nobroker cleaning services also due to such a bad experience and I won't ever recommend Nobroker to anyone. I demand compensation for this spoiled work.
Their team tried to reach me after I escalated the matter to consumer court and the painter named Rajkumar Kadam revisited our home but didn't do any kind of rework. Rather he gave me death threats if i didn't pay the final payment, which i have completely recorded in a video and argued arrogantly with us for 2 hours. He even argued to take complete leftover paint with him. The paint done by him is not at all a Royale Asian Paint but it seems to be a duplicate paint. Services are completely fraudulent . Rajkumar Kadam argued and told me that "Sidhi ungli se ghee na nikle toh ungli tedhi karne bhi aata hai humey". He argued very arrogantly with us for 2 hours but didn't complete the work.He even threw all the garbage below our building which is still lying there. He told us that *19000 me laakho ka kaam nai hota" He took 13days to paint a 1bhk. We wasted our time and money both by delaying all our imp events due to delay in completion of services by the painter and worse painting services with such arrogant behavior.
Operation head Dhanraj also assured that he will start the rework but till date rework hasnt been started. I amcheated by JayRathod and team

Items damaged in relocation
I had booked relocation services between Greater Noida West, UP to Visakhapatnam, AP with NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited for 30/07/2022. The package was expected to be delivered in 6-12 days from the start date. My relocation was insured by IFFCO TOKYO up to 2 lakhs. The insurance certificate received had incorrect source location and destination mentioned. I immediately escalated to NoBroker about the same on email.
The packaging team arrived on the scheduled date of 30/07/2022. The staff packaged the items randomly in cartons without any marking. They were so reckless; they did not bother to pack fragile items separately. They hurriedly packaged everything and left handing me a list of the cartons.
The shipment arrived at destination on 07/08/2022 in the evening. Only driver and helper were available for unloading, but they denied unloading unless complete payment was cleared. NoBroker’s payment link was not working, so after confirmation on call with the relocation manager Mr. Harshit I paid the vendor via GPAY. Finally, the unloading was done and the driver left in 2 hours.
The package delivered was all damaged. Cartons were split open, furniture was broken, appliance were damaged. As mention the condition of the delivered cartons was so bad, none can identify if everything packed has been delivered intact. I’m still finding out that several items are missing which were packed at the source but did not reach the destination. These items were not mentioned in the insurance claim as these were identified after the claim was made.
I raised a claim with the insurance company to cover my damages. The surveyor was assigned and the inspection was completed confirming the damages. But later the claim was denied for mismatch in the source location and destination.
My relocation manager at NoBroker assured me this will be taken care and now they have stopped responding to my emails and calls. Please help to get the issue resolved and get me a compensation against the damages incurred in the relocation of my household.

Please give transaction id of 45000

Made payment of 45000 through nobroker app via credit card but transaction failed amount debit and haven’t received refund and I don’t have any transaction id or any mail from NoBroker that i made transaction on their app and bank is demanding proof or transaction id.
