Noise pollution, more than required db during early mornings and late nights

People are unable to sleep if they are keeping large sound of music after 10pm. There are people who need to work on early shifts they need to have a good sleep. There are elder living.
This is happening in kismatpur, Sri sai Nagar colony Bojireddy Farm

They are putting sound more than required in the early mornings and late nights. Please look into this, little ones and elder people are unable to sleep !!!

Large music after 10pm during Dusshera nights
