Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] NSP scholarship payment file is rejected from pfms

My application for scholarship has been verified and selected by the ministry. However, when processed from NSP to PFMS, it has been rejected without specifying any reason . Please help me avail my scholarship .
