I bought the nothing phone 1 on their first sale in flipkart they promoted it as 1200 nits brightness in screen technology, but now they changed the word and saying it only supports to 700 nits of brightness technology. when i contact service center they are saying we are not responsible for it so can please take action...

I have ordered a Nothing Phone(1) from Nothing Phone(1) official seller, Flipkart and it was delivered on 6th August 2022. The product received was a damaged one, charging time is around 1:45hr -2hr+ which was much more than the specified charging time and battery is rapidly training. Tried charging with Mi 33W and 65 W dart charger and also realme Fast charger. I was not ready to buy your not worthy charger...
