I ordered some products on Aug 2, the payment was also done. My Order ID - NN233292. Till now I didn't receive the product. I contacted their customer support through mail. There is no response. Pls help me to get my amount or product....

I had ordered waffles and they are extremely soft. inspite of complaining they havent bothered to replace the same or even to get back to me...

I had placed a prepaid order on 20th April and haven’t recieved it yet. It’s been over 15 days now and despite of me reminding multiple times they’ve failed to dispatch my order. I have contacted them on both mail and Instagram only for them to promise me that my order would be dispatched within 48 hours and doing nothing. Now they’ve stopped responding too....

I ordered for an amount of 2.7k and paid as well 🥺
I haven’t received any updates regarding my order.
I have been trying to contact them by various means. Calls, emails, Instagram.
But still there is no response from anywhere....

I ordered a product worth 500 rupees from them, the product never got delivered.
Tried contacting them, no one picks up the call nor does anyone cares to call back.
Their email chat support states the same normal response that it will be resolved within 48 hours.
Charge an extra 75 rupees from customers for delivery but don't even try to get it delivered.

Do not refund or return your money as well.
