I Dr.Mahesh Appalanaidu personal phn : [protected] on behalf of our area ( Maddi village, Padmanabham ) would like to brief the atrocities of street dogs that we have been experiencing since few years, inspite of lodging complaints and approaching several officials, the situation has been the same, infact exaggerated during recent times .A group of 10-12 dogs have become troublesome leading to casualties of people....
