I have order a Forever New Green dress from NykaaFashion with Order Id NYK[protected].
The product is combination of a dress and a belt but belt is missing in the package. While ordering it was mentioned that there will be two pieces one dress and one belt. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
I tried to replace it but size is not available for replacement.
I have called customer care the next day the dress...

I ordered an American Eagle White solid mom jeans for waist 30 on Nykaa Fashion via order ID NYK[protected]u on 5th March, 2023 but I got 31 waist size delivered on the 10th March, 2023 and I raised a return request within half an hour of receiving the product on the Nykaa app and uploaded images of the incorrect waist size delivered but my return request was rejected and when I called customer care team, they said an investigation has been started as why wrong size was delivered to you but this is sheer harassment of the customer who has paid for the product and is now waiting for their investigation and is not eligible to have refund or replacement.

Today received a call from nykaa fashion that I m lucky winner in top 5 regular customers. I can chose one free gift out of 5 . I chose iPhone 13. She said that I have to do the shopping of 5000 rupees from nykaa fashion in order to claim the gift. I added the item in cart of 5280 amount than she said that u have to make the payment on nykaa window directly and u can make the payments through upi ids only. Someone with the name of Suraj Shaw.. That bank account was o[censored]bi and branch was kolkata. When I was about to make the payment that I got the notification that attention pls u r on call and doing the payment . I was not convinced 100% about all this but greed of iPhone 13took me over for sometime. But as soon as I got that notification I stopped immediately. Than she said what happen and this offer is valid for 1 hour only.. Than I checked from customer care of Nykaa they told we don't have any such ptomotional event. Ishita and akanksha two pps called me. Nykaa fashion are u really organising such events. Do tell us.

I have ordered a WishfulByW product Rs6120/- from nykaafashion and received a camouflage gown with a wishful tag just tied to zip. With in minutes i requested them to approve return, but return request still pending. And after 2days of investigation their team saying that they send accurate product, so we can't help in it. But I have received a fake product. My address is in army cant area as my husband is an army officer, they wantedly send a camouflage dress.

NYK[protected] i order a rustorange pink and grey color stripped kurta of rs 1200 from nykaa fashion. I received wrong product on the package on 20 feb 2022 so i immediately raise a complaint againt this but they take 9 days includes the 7 days of return period for the name of investigation and in the end they rejected my return. And now they say that product will not return. I want my money back.

मेरे द्वारा 10/10/2021 को Nykaa Fashion (www.nykaafashion.com) से 04 कुर्ते का order किया गया था, जिनका कुल मूल्य रू 5740/ था। इनमें से 02 कुर्ते 14/10/2021 को delivered हुए लेकिन मैंने इन 2 कुर्तों को बापिस कर दिया जिनका refund (रू 3400/-) 18/10/2021 को आ गया है। बाकी के 02 कुर्ते मेरे को 17/10/2021 को delivered हुए। इनके parcel का डिब्बा वजन में बहुत ही हल्का था जिस वजह से मैंने इसको delivery person (जिसने मुझे ये parcel दिया था) को फोन करके बुलाया और उसके सामने ही इसको open किया। जैसे ही मैंने इस parcel को open किया उसमें केवल एक rough छोटा सा कपड़ा था जिसको देखकर मैं और delivery person दोनों ही shocked हुए। मैंने इसको लेने से मना कर दिया लेकिन delivery person बोला कि madam ये parcel आपने खोल लिया है तो मैं इसको बापिस नहीं ले जा सकता। आप इसका return apply कर दीजिएगा और process होने के बाद में इसको ले जाऊंगा और आपका refund आ जाएगा। मैंने company को mail ([protected]@nykaafashion.com)/ call (customer care-[protected]) पर इसके बारे में बताया। उन्होने मैटर को investigate करने का आश्वासन दिया। इनके द्वारा मेरे whatsapp no पर 19/10/2021 को return approve करने का message किया जिससे मैंने इनको parcel दे दिया, लेकिन अब मेरे द्वारा लगातार फोन किए जा रहे हैं लेकिन उन्होने इसका refund करने से माना कर दिया और बोला कि हमने product सही भेजा था। हम इसका refund नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि parcel delivered होने के बाद company की कोई भी ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं है। इनके द्वारा रू 2340/- का मेरे साथ fraud किया गया है। अतः इनके द्वारा मेरे रू 2340/- का भुगतान लंबित है। मै एक साधारण परिवार से संबन्धित हूँ। इनके द्वारा मेरे साथ रू 2340/- का धोखा किया गया है। ना जाने कितने लोगों को इन्होने इस तरह से ठगा होगा।

अतः अतिशीघ्र मेरे पैसे का भुगतान करवाएँ।
