Ordered multiple products but did not receive the order ID but my money was debited.
Called the customer care and they sent the product except one (salsicyclic mask) worth 569 Rupee.
It’s been a month we are trying to call the customer service but they haven’t sent the product. They stopped answering calls from registered phone number. If we call from different phone they ask the query and put us on hold for hours. Irresponsible customer care. Please give my product or refund my money

    Hi,
    I purchased a Vitamin A, Night Cream from O3 website a few weeks ago. The cream label mentioned that it is for all skin types and no other warning was given. I applied the cream at night and when I woke up in the morning, my area under my right eye was completely swollen and I had red dots all over my face.
    I applied ice, but the red dots increased throughout the day. In the evening, I consulted a skin specialist and after taking oral and cream form medication for 3 days, the reaction and red dots disappeared.
    I put a complaint in the form of mail to O3 mail provided on their website and they replied that ticket will be resolved in 48 hours, but no reply was given from their end after multiple mails.

    Not only I wasted Rs 800 on the cream but close Rs 1500 on the skin specialist afterwards.
    I need my refund as well as grievances.
    Also, when I researched about this project, I found that many people have complained the same allergic reaction to this product in Nykaa review.
    Therefore, this product needs to be off the market as it is highly dangerous to people!
    Please look into the matter and find a solution as soon as possible!

      I had placed online order on 8th March 2016 for 2 units of O3 plus night cream but have received only 1 unit on 11th March 2016. When contacted customer care they told me that they told me that their system is showing only 1 unit. I have mail with me for the ordered placed which clearly shows 2 units of the product and I have also paid for 2 units.
      Please help me on this matter.
