Ref : Ticket raised vide no.[protected] dtd 05.01.2022 on phonepe.
Sir,
I beg to inform you that I complained against as mentioned below:
"Payment of Rs.451.22 for TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited Electricity bill[protected] via PhonePe (Txn Id: NX21122314145984274140181) dated 23/12/2021 has failed. If deducted, it will be refunded within 7 - 9 working days."
Unfortunately till date after 20 days...

My electric bill payment was done on Jul 24, 2021 at 13:40 hours.
Consumer Account No[protected].Payment online via ICICI net banking.Money is debited from my account but still money hasn't reached.
