I purchased the product OG AC 1.5TON ASGA18BMWA B R32 3 STAR on 27/10/2021. On 24/06/23 we informed Authorised Servies Franchisee RJBREEZY ENTERPRISES that ac is not working. On 26/06/23 they said it is because of the gas leakage. They asked me to pay 4, 800 rupees. I asked for consideration because it not even 2yrs since I have purchased it. Till now I am not getting any proper response from them. I kindly request you give us a proper response

I chose to buy this product on account of the reputation the Brand carries in the Market.

But to my surprise and utter disappointment, I found leakage of water in the indoor unit on the very next day itself soon it...
