Need Compensation for mental agony as you are not able to resolve to Request No OK[protected] for more than 80 days approximately and despite of several follow ups.

I have incurred loss in terms of time, effort and mental distress because of the below
!. sub-standard quality of the product.
2. sub-standard quality of service.
3. delay in service.
etc....

We are having battre LOEV model EV vehicle.

We are not able to use the bike as it is stopping even when the charge is 85% full.

We contacted okaya & co complaint no OK[protected] raised on 25/02/2023.

3 times they tried they came for service, but they were not able to find the issue.

We are following up customer care for replacement for last one month but still no use.
