My electric scooty after scarce usage within a couple of months had broken down and it is in warranty as well as Ola care plus membership. Scooty was taken by Ola partner to tow vehicle to service centre almost 15 days back. Post pick up till today’s, I have not received any update or call from Ola side regarding update on scooty.
