I had deposited the money 1000 inr at 09/09/2023 Through upi qr method money debited from my bank account but not appear in my trading account till 19/sep in Olymptrade please help ....

I deposited money on 9/09/2023 but that doesn't reflect in my trading account and i complaint about that on there customer service Gmail but till today 19/09/2023 i didn't received any update about my complaint and my deposit money is still pending....

Am using olymtrade since 5 years ago, but first time happen with me I have deposited 3000 INR via UPI, money is debited from my bank account but still it is not showing in my olymtrade account.
Plz help to solve this problem.

I have made deposit of 700 to olymtrade account money is deducted but not deposited in olymtrade account.please help...
