I have kept my luggage with OMX from Nov 2019 till May 2022 in Pune. When I contacted them in May to send the luggage to Hyd, they asked for advance payment after half the journey is done and kept my whole luggage until the payment is done. They deliberately delayed the luggage so that I do not get time to check the luggage.

Upon receiving the luggage I found that many of stuff has been eaten by rats and some stuff is missing as well. I tried contacting them several times and received the same reply that we will check and get back however its been more than a month and I am not getting any satisfactory response from them.

I have the bill and the watsapp chat with them mentioning the same which also depicts the follow ups done by me.

The said transport business has duped me additional money by threats, metal harrasement and false claims.

Before dropping off my transport, an hero xtreme model at their gurugram facility, the price agreed upon was inclusive of all the components. The delivery was assured and re-assured to be in 5 to7 (Maximum days).

Problem started when i was asked to pay 100% of the amount a day after i had dropped off the bike at their facility, as without it "the safety of my property could not be assured".in fear of the safety it was followed.
Since then the individual in-charge stopped taking calls and when he did i would get promises of call back and nothing more.

It effectively took 27 days and a lot of harassment before i received it in the destination city patna. Thereafter, the drop-off team troubled me by refusing to hand over the vehicle till i paid them 2000/- claiming it to be the fee for insurance, for which no documents were present to support the claim and tax which was already paid in the initial full settlement.

I simply want my excess payment refunded, and compensation for the physical and mental harassment caused by delayed delivery and callous behavior of the staff.

Please look into the matter.

Appreciate a speedy resolution.
