Case ID:[protected], Myself Jugendra Karmakar Owner of One plus 8T 5G mobile phone. My mobile was picked up by One plus service on 22.12.2021 and was received on 29.12.2021. Again request for parts was done by One plus service on 05.01.2022 as my Mobile has got the Back Camera issue. Again parts was received by the service center on 24.01.2022 and till now there is no any further communication of the repair status of my mobile . I have contacted many times to the customer care executive but they told me sorry for the delay and to wait for some more time. I also emailed them again and again but no proper reply was given to me. It is now more than 1 and half months for the repair time of my mobile, the One plus service does not value the customer time . I emailed again but now they are not replying to my emails. Therefore kindly take necessary action so that I could get back my mobile phone as soon as possible.

    Sir, Let me introduce myself Iam a retired senior govt offcial.
    I purchased A Oneplus 8T mobile on 15/11/2020. just after almost seven months ie on 30th june the mobile phone stopped working. My son approached the service centre of oneplus on 3rd july 2021 to get it repaired. The service centre assured us that it would be repaired in a week. After one week i.e. on 10th of july they they told us that they would give the phone on 13th july 2021. Again on 13th july 2021 they told as the part is not available they would repair the phone and give it back by 20th july, 2021. I requested the Service Centre that if the phone is beyond repair and the part is not easily available then as the phone is still in warranty they may please replace my phone with a new one.

    After repeatedly calling the Service Centre now even they have refused to give any information as even they don't know when the part would be available nor are they willing to replace the phone On contacting their call center number on 20th july 2021 I was told the they have put my complaint on top priority. Today i.e. on 21st JUly 2021 when I contacted the call center the executive at call center was not cooperative and they had no matrix to escalate the complaint. They asked me send a mail which I did immediately.
    Sir I feel that of now even if they repair my phone it may cause trouble in future because they might be short of the part in future also.
    Sir I request you to kindly look into this case and if possible get the refund of my phone amount or get it replaced with a new one and get it resolved as soon as possible because I feel harassed and cheated by such a big company
    Sir I purchased such an expensive phone because being a senior citizen I could manage most of my day to day work like banking and other useful apps on the phone itself without stepping out of the house during this pandemic time.
