We had booked a travel package of Goa but when forced to pay full amount in advance after making a 50% in advance refused and cancelled package..But they didn't make any refund of balance amount.....

I booked a tour from their company and paid 15k for advance. Later we got suspicious about their company and asked them to cancel our bookings and refund the amount. It’s been more than 1 and half month now but there’s no word from their side about the refund. Initially they quoted less amount to get your attention.

Rs. 28000 for 4 nights, 5 days includes 4 nights hotel and 5 day car transfers.

Once after half payment, they are quite for some days and no progress.
After that, they start asking for full amount to book hotels.
For the car, they are telling like prices gone high due to third party services and you have to pay 15, 000.

I was planning for Kashmir package and I got a call from Online GLobals and they offered me a package of INR40, 000/- for 5 night 6 days and it was accepted by both parties for 25% advance payment.

After 25% advance payment was made they booked for 1 Night stay and for rest bookings asked 50% advance bookings. I made 50% advance payment and post receipt of this payment they booked hotels for 2 more nights. For bookings of balance...
