I have purchased a eye glass ( New intelligent PHOTOCHROMIC auto focus anti blue) through Facebook. But after payment no receipt/ invoice generated. Yet I received a eye glass today and the product is not the actual purchased item. So I want to return the same & make an arrangement of refund of the cost of the item.
In the received packet the PICKUP & RETURN ADDRESS mention as OS COMPANY, LAWRANCE ROAD, INDUSTRIAL AREA, BHASEL, DELHI,...

I ordered anti blue and focus glasses but I received fake chep glasses...

worth Rs. 995/- But This not same product as seen the add, so i need my money return back (My Order 80431CLS )....

Glasses delivered by OS Company have scratch marks on it and also the vision no does not match...

I recieved broken item. Company not responding. Look like fraud. OS company
