The dining table was delievered in Nov 1st week 2023. However till date we have not received the chairs. Also noone reverts back even after reaching out to them over email/online chat/IVRS call multiple times.

Please help us getting a refund for the chairs.

I placed an order for a coffee table on 27th July for Rs.18000 and cancelled it before dispatch and requested for a refund. They accepted the refund request stating that the amount will be credited back in 5-7 working days, but after multiple followups on their website chat, I have been only hearing updates stating that I will receive it soon and it's been a month now and no progess.

I had visited PENGU INVENTIVE site and ordered the subject product on 31.08.2022 for Rs. 16990/- as per their terms and condition I paid the amount.
Inspite of repeated reminders my product was not delivered till date. However they given 1st delivery date on 5th of August then they informed that your product will be dispatched on 19th of August.
Just now I visited their site and status of my product is not dispatched.
I kindly request you to register my complaint and refund my amount.

I placed my order and its been more than 2 months earlier they were saying that they are unable to deliver material due to some manufacturing defect and now when i ask for refund they said it will take 5-7 days to get money back now nobody respond to calls or to text. This service is really pathetic service and they are scamming with our hard earned money

Had ordered a wooden shoe rack (Order DIR5146) on 29th April 2022 & payment Rs. 4636 was made. After that no respone or call back. Tried calling to their no. but no response. Kindly help me get my money back.
Even in their chat box its only automated msgs. Don’t know what to do.

I had placed an order for a TV unit of value Rs. 8550 on 9th May 2021 from Pengu Intentive online website i.e. www.thepengu.com. They never delivered me the product and are now troubling me to get the refund as well. I have mailed them multiple times. Initially I have requested them very politely to refund my money if they are not able to deliver the product. They always made excuses. And, whenever I am trying to reach them via their customer care number ‪[protected]‬, it never always anyone to connect to them as it says customer care team is busy and they will contact you in 24 hours. I have never received any call back from them.

I have found from internet that they have also troubled many other customers. Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money. And also take serious action against this company as it is troubling people by mentally harrassing them.
