I am writing to complain about a recent order that I placed with Pepscue.com online shopping portal. On [29th September, 2023.
I ordered a Trendy Men's Nike

Shoes from their website. I received the product on 29 September, 2023, but it was not the same product that I ordered. And also, current order is so filthy from corners of the shoes. It was not the same color, size, or style as the product that I ordered. I am very disappointed with this product.
So, I try requesting for replace, the Phone number neither reachable nor I able to message or whatsApp them.
But no reply from there side, In fact I Mailed them thrice. But still no reply.

I have attached a copy of my order confirmation, as well as a picture of the product that I received. I would appreciate it if you would process a refund for this product as soon as possible.

I ordered the shoes from this company on 26th June and the order number #PEP24961 and received on 2nd July, but this is not the product I am looking for and it seems to be cheated by them. I also mailed them but there is no response from them.

And also, current order is so filthy from corners of the shoes. It was not the same color, size, or style as the product that I ordered. I am very disappointed with this product.
So, I try requesting for replace, the Phone number neither reachable nor I able to message or whatsApp them.
But no reply from there side, In fact I Mailed them thrice. But still no reply till yet.
