Appalling customer service and customer satisfaction
I have heard nothing from the Pernia’s team till today
Honesty it’s Apalling customer satisfaction and deplorable experience to say the least. And no buddy following through shows the character of the organisation and it's team members
Astonishing to come across this system where remedial action is not provided at urgent level
I have absolutely no words further to describe my grievance

Beyond Pathetic Service at this brand.
Had the worst experience at Pernia’s Pop Up in Mehrauli, New Delhi.
Bought 3 outfits. Alterations are done in a horrible manner. Very poor stitching. The most unhelpful staff. Least bothered about customers in their shop. Very judgemental by nature.
Delivery of the lehenga was made in a sack all crumpled up. Dupatta was all crushed. Gown came thrown in a plastic bag.
My first and last experience shopping from any of Pernia’s Pop Up stores.
This has been going on since the 26th of November. I have written number of reviews day after day.
Today sitting on the 8th of dec, I am
Still waiting on a resolution from the brand for the pathetic service provided
I demand a refund for the money spent without any lehenga delivered for the wedding that I was suppose to attend
I would not recommend Pernia’s to anyone to shop from as there’s a great chance they’ll leave u STRANDED !!!
ALWAYS NEED TO HAVE A PLAN B WHEN SHOPPING FROM PERNIAS POP UP STORES AS THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED BEFORE YOUR FUNCTIONS !!!

Worst place to shop from, the website puts up designer clothes on the portal, but the clothes itself are of cheap quality and look disastrous. They say that the return needs to be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order, which I did within minutes, but the customer service department has no answers or protocol, they simply keep saying :thank you for your patience!.
After sending pictures of the product they requested pictures with measurements for the so called "designer".
Additionally the dress gave me bruises as the material used was extremely ruff and just plain horrible.

Received Item on Sept 19.
requested return on Sept 19
