PF Bandra Mumbai office Complaints & Reviews

I have initiated EPF transfer online from my ild employer to new employer. my UAN number is[protected]. The Pf transfer is rejected for the want of ANNEXURE K for MH/18796/199792.
I have raised a greivance vide MHKND/E/2022/07076 On March, 01 2022. But the same is closed with reason: Kindly contact PF Bandra Office as MH/18796/199792 pertains to Bandra PF office.

kindly resolve my issue as I am trying since a month...

I applied for PF withdrawl with PF Bandra office. My employer had sent all the required documents to PF authority, its been more than a month and no reply from them not even acknowlegement. When i tried to reach them they never pick the call. If they pick, they will ask us to wait...then disconnect. Never replies to email. I do not understand why these people are given phones and email Ids. They dont deserve to work...
