I ordered my medicine on Phable care mobile app on 02 July 2022, medcine worth rupees 2152.24 INR & did online payment through netbanking while purchase. Till 11 July 2022 I never received my medicine, even after several calls to customer care, but all in vain, even the customer care did not have any clue about my order (Order id : 3978995).
So finally on 12 July 2022, I decided to cancel my order and get...

I booked a Doctor Consultation on Phable care with of their Medcine Doctor on july 06th 2022 for which they charged rs 300, the consulatation was on 07 july 2022 but the consultation didnt happened when i called them they asked me for resconsulation ans said me to wait for the Doctor's call for 48 hrs to which i agreed but same thing was repeated no call cam then i i asked them to refund my money on 08th july 2022, still waiting for my money...

On 5th April i order medicine, but at the time of delivery i received 5 medicine insted of 6.

So same time i raise complaint, but on 9th April i got mail for refund initiated, but yet refund not credited in my account.

Whenever i follow up with customer care every time i got false commitment.

So please look into it & close on priority...
