My product is not send instead my order only paper send this is fraud side

Address:Plastene India LTD, Survey no. 316/A, 317, Nani chirai bachau

My order number LX1397 Samsung galaxy s 21 ultra 5 g. But only some papers send. This is fraud side...

Dear Sir/madam,
I want to complaint against of Plastene India Ltd, S no-317, nanichirai, Bhachau, Kutch Gujrat-370140 As i have left this organization from 2009 but till date i have not get pf amount because they dont submit the pf form in PF office.Please take a legal action against Plastene India Ltd.
