Dear Sir,
A DD was submitted to pnb hfl office regarding pre closure of my home loan no HOU/NOI/0615/228269. After submitting DD, a mail received from pnb hfl mentioning that DD has been bounced. I contacted my bank (PNB Haldwani) who issued DD and bank official said a DD can't be bounce as it's prepaid instrument. I am in deep trouble as one side my money is blocked in DD and other side PNB HFL taking payment through ECS....

PNB HFL Varanasi office has wrongly commited about processing fee and ROI, and compulsory imposing insurance of 5/.
Various mails has been sent to customer care, Varanasi office, branch head, nodal officer and executive director of the company, but no resolution has been done so dar. Nobody responded yet.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the case at earliest...
