I am purchased poco X3 in 2021.. firstly my front cam was stucked and blurred after recent software updation.. recently both speakers didn't worked.. am asked a service centre... They informed my phones bord was damaged..every poco series phones are damaged after software updation... Please help me...because my phone was purchased just 1 yr......

I had no booth issue with the Pocco x3 pro. I handed it to the service center on 8th of Feb 2022. Two days later when I called they said it is the issue with the mother board and need to get replaced. I said okay as it was in warranty period, it has been only six moths. After three or four days they called again and said the parts are not available and they are not sure when it will get fixed and asked me if it is okay to get it replaced...
