Left my project taking money

Kindly need justice

Harish Raju the owner of Prakul construction is not responding
He’s left the project in ending stage he has taken the money and not completed the work in any ways ….

I am paying the dues of labours and he’s not responding since 1 month and his offic is closed
I have sent official mail no response and checked with all his working ppl he’s not all answering

If justice is real pls help me to get back my money

He has taken money to complete and he hasn’t worked and paid any labours which I am paying them
