Dear sir,
I am purchasing hero electrical scooter nyx model 6 months ago, but we feel the product quality is dull as compare to other scooters, drum brakes are not useful, you have to see attached photos, also plastic used low quality,
its wastage of money to purchase hero electrical bike, I am trusted the hero brand name but that elecrical scooters are not useful to commercial usage because of low product quality....
